Opening of Solution Architect / Technical Consultant

We are looking for Solution Architects in our Mysore Location for our Service Delivery Technology Infra Profile

Job Profile in Brief

Responsible for developing customer solution in the sales cycle, based on understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with the spectrum of GO product offerings. Shall support the sales team with the required product information, communicate sales strategies effectively and support sales team in the entire liaison required.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Product Management and Marketing to help define / refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team
• Ensure that the Pre-Sales resources evolve in line with the Marketing Message and Sales Teams stated requirements
• Production of responses to Requests for information and Requests for pricing
• Work with Sales personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre sales activities
• Liaison with Product Managers and Development to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales organization
• Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs etc.
• Responsible for staying on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
• Responsible for preparing for meetings and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
• Develop product centric selling strategies
• Monitoring and managing the technical pre-sales environments
• Developing and generating the sales and related reports for analysis

Qualification & Certifications

• BS Degree in Engineering, CCE, computer science, IT or equivalent and applicable experience or successful track record with 2 to 5 years’ experience.
• Technical background in systems engineering or networking is considered a plus.
• Strong communication, listening and presentation skills.
• Relevant experience in technical product configuration or technology related experience.

• Must be experienced Telecom or IT related companies
• Must be a Team player and adaptive to the competitive market environment
• First rate network and services support experience
• Experience of working to strict KPI and SLA (Internal and External)
• Sound applied theoretical knowledge of core and access network infrastructure, data and voice services along with Datacenter and security infrastructure

In the new offering, all the three MDVRS support GPS functions for vehicle tracking and location verification on Google or Microsoft Virtual Maps. In addition, they are shipped with WiFi 3G enabling to communicate with central station or any scattered monitoring stations.

In the Central Monitoring Software (CMS), the administrator can set the speed limit of the vehicle so that the software can make an alert in case driver crosses the speed limit. Similarly, the administrator can adjust geofencing alarm, making the driver to follow the decided route. The CMS also enables administrator to view live monitoring of multiple vehicles on one screen at the same time.

In the accessories, the users can also avail lock box from CP PLUS for these MDVRs which are designed to prevent MDVR against any unauthorized access and also protect them from fire up to 500º Celsius.

Solving the BYOD and Mobility Dilemma with Desktop Virtualization

As an IT manager, you want the benefits of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), and you want the productivity boost and competitive advantage that comes from having personal mobile devices in your workplace. You want to be seen as a trusted business partner, working at aligning IT with the company’s internal and external directions. For that matter, if some of your co-workers want to provide their own hardware, its great to be able to save the ear-marked costs within your equipment allocation budget and use the savings for other initiatives.
However, you’re not quite sure how you are going to effectively support these new devices, are you?

MDM and MAM

I don’t blame you. You don’t know what’s on them or how their owners use them outside of work. You may not even want them on your network.
Think about mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. As they continue flowing into your organization – Juniper Research shows the influx will double between 2012 to 2014 – you may find yourself considering strategies that depend on embracing two new acronyms:

• Mobile device management (MDM) – knowing and approving all the smartphones and tablets coming in, tracking them, protecting the data on them and deciding which apps employees can access.
