Organization for the Development of People, Process Management System Version 2.0 Officially Released on 22 January 2014 By Rev. Msgr. N.S. Marie Joseph, Vicar-General (Vice President Organization for the Development of People) And Honorable Presence of Director and Staff of ODP- SIPSS GLOBAL the Mysore Based Indian Information Technology enabling company took this project in 2012 and started working with ODP and today is the second version release of this project.

About The Project:

Implementing a Process Management System to achieve the goal of ODP – “Integrated Human development” in a better and professional way by addressing the need with proper analysis and clear process to empower the organization to reach the role of an agent that enables, encourages, and facilitates the creation of active and committed leaders in the communities who are dedicated to the cause of the uplift of the downtrodden.

SIPSS-GLOBAL Engagement with odp is:

Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) for Software as a Service for 3 Years was signed and the project kicked off on 7th November 2012. Our development team is working with ODP Officials to implement a clear process to capture the necessary data which is very much useful for the Organizational level analysis and helpful to improve the operational efficiency in a proper and structured way. Development / implementation / Training / Modifications are in progress which is almost inline with the committed schedule. Agile Methodology for software development is been followed wherein it means having 1 : 1 interaction while building the software.

CP PLUS TeknoLogix Labs develops iDVR feature, setting a new standard for viewing, recording and playback both IP and Analog channels in standalone Digital Video Recorder.
Supporting 4, 8 and 16 channels, iDVR bridges the gap between DVR and NVR, offering an ideal solution to the customers by providing a flexibility to use both analog and IP solution together and at the same time, it allows continued use of existing analog equipment. Now customers will be able to get full High Definition quality images through IP cameras on DVR, enabling them to acquire minute details of any event.

In today’s scenario, customers require hi-end surveillance solution that ensures to provide adequate and advanced surveillance at an affordable cost. In India, majority of the installations are primarily dominated by Analog, however, the Industry is moving towards IP technology which is still expensive as compared to Analog.

iDVR technology comes in the selected range of CP PLUS DVRs including professional, performance and Home/SOHO range.

The excellent recording quality, scalability and compatibility makes the iDVR, a perfect fit for large installations such as schools, retail, financial institutions, parking & much more, requiring solid video performance at an affordable cost.

Under iDVR technology, 4, 8 and 16 channel DVRs will support 1, 2 and 4 IP channels respectively. In addition to CP PLUS network cameras, iDVR will also support industry leading ONVIF based network cameras in order to provide easy-to-integrate solution.

Job Profile in Brief

Responsible for developing customer solution in the sales cycle, based on understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with the spectrum of GO product offerings. Shall support the sales team with the required product information, communicate sales strategies effectively and support sales team in the entire liaison required.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Product Management and Marketing to help define / refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team
• Ensure that the Pre-Sales resources evolve in line with the Marketing Message and Sales Teams stated requirements
• Production of responses to Requests for information and Requests for pricing
• Work with Sales personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre sales activities
• Liaison with Product Managers and Development to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales organization
• Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs etc.
• Responsible for staying on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
• Responsible for preparing for meetings and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
• Develop product centric selling strategies
• Monitoring and managing the technical pre-sales environments
• Developing and generating the sales and related reports for analysis

Qualification & Certifications

• BS Degree in Engineering, CCE, computer science, IT or equivalent and applicable experience or successful track record with 2 to 5 years’ experience.
• Technical background in systems engineering or networking is considered a plus.
• Strong communication, listening and presentation skills.
• Relevant experience in technical product configuration or technology related experience.
